Hey guys. I'd ask to speak to the Supervisor because this sounds really strange. I rememebr I wanted to upgrade my carpet underlay a week before the site start and my CSR (who has now left) said that everything was ordered and couldn't be changed. How easily I was able to uplgrade when she wanted me to approve somethin else. She used it as a bargining tool. The split of start day sounds like a rouse to avoid some extra work for the CSR!
